BIBLE IN A YEAR: Psa 106-108

TASTING HEAVEN

MEMORIZE: "Then answered Jesus and said unto them,Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise" (John 5:19)

READ: John 5:17-21

If you truly possess the anointing, you cannot stay alone for too long. Wherever you hide, the anointing will create a path to locate you. The reason some pastors grumble whenever they are transferred, is because they lack anointing. Anointing is a crowd puller. Wherever anointing is present a crowd must gather. Jesus Christ always had problems with crowd control because of the anointing. If you have spiritual sight, you will experience the miraculous.

“Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise” (John 5:19). There are several benefits from spiritual sight. According to today’s reading, it guides you on Heaven’s candidates for Heaven’s blessings. In a crowd, people are fielded for earthly blessings. As much as you would want certain people to be blessed, it is important to identify those that Heaven is fielding for the blessings. If you can identify them, releasing the blessing upon them will be a work over. Our Lord Jesus Christ laid the example here. He watched His Father heal some people in a crowd by the eyes of His spirit before physically effecting what had been settled in the spirit realm. Through this, He followed Heaven’s preference. If you look with the eyes of your spirit, you will see Heaven’s candidates for blessing. Following this lead guarantees you of success. How sensitive are you to the Holy Spirit? How open are your spiritual eyes?

In every meeting, God fields people for divine touch. But if the leader or pastor is in-sensitive, he will not identify such people, and will become the instrument of loss of blessings. Anything you can see in the spirit realm is possible in the physical realm. With open spiritual eyes, you can also see into the past, and help solve difficult problems like it happened to Daniel (Dan. 2:19,47). While in Lagos , the Lord showed me two of my daughters quarreling in the kitchen. When I visited them and asked why they were quarreling, they were surprised and asked how I knew. You can be away from home yet monitor what goes on at home if your spiritual eyes are open. Ask for the eyes of your spirit to be opened today.
